One of the highlights of our consultancy services is the option we provide to our clients to have "Mock Assessments" wherein a real assessment is carried out by empanelled Principal Assessors and Assessors of the QCI before the organisation goes in for their Final Assessments. Our clients who have gone through these Mock Assessments have given excellent feedback of the same and have gone through with their Final Assessments with confidence and minimum observations.
The greatest support we give to our customers is not just the process of accreditation, but a cyclical approach that sees the hospital through to re-certification. This can be as follows:
